Need to install a metal tv bracket to support a 50inch tv and ensure its functional and operational. May need rerunning tv cables, links, etc for better internet and tv service reception. Tradie carpentry work would be securing wall hanging pictures on cement & drywall within the unit. As well as screw a few wooden screws to secure wall panel to floor base.
