I need to replace rotting and mismatched terracotta tiles in my courtyard. I am only looking for someone who has experience laying outdoor terracotta tiles for this. The total size of the courtyard is approximately: 2.8m x 6.5m = 18㎡ 9 tiles wide by 21 tiles long = 189 tiles By my calculations there are about 80 tiles that need to be removed and replaced. I have ordered 10 tiles so far to check that they match, and will order more as soon as I have found a tiler. I also ordered DeepShield penetrative sealer to cover the full area including the new tiles. I am looking for is a quote on what it would cost to: 1. Remove the tiles that need replacing, most of which are very soft and come away by hand but there are a few that will need to be cut out with an angle grinder 2. Lay the new Saltillo tiles (which I am happy to pre-seal for you if that makes any major difference to the quote) 3. Grout everything in and repair any grout that needs repairing for the old tiles that are staying in place. Almost 5m wide. I have tiles and can get grout. If you can tiles over the brown tiles with the black and white ones would be great however there is a row of chipped brown tiles.

I need a licensed tradesman to re-grout the tiles in a shower stall, and to replace the discoloured silicone seal around a bath, as well as re-grouting a small number of tiles around the bath. The shower stall is 150cm wide x 77cm deep, and the section that needs re-grouting ranges in height from 175cm to 80cm. The tiles are 30cm square. The bath is 146cm long and 77cm wide, and needs re-sealing on 3.5 sides. Plus there are a small number of tiles at one end of the bath that require re-grouting.
