Small 3 sqm external balcony associated with 1-bedroom apartment. Dimensions: 0.9m x 3m. Existing concrete surface. Tiles to be provided (a square non-slip option hopefully). Bring tools and tile glue/grout etc. Water available on site. Air-conditioner to remain in place, so it will be necessary to tile around this. Balcony has a floor waste, so tiles will need to drain to this point. Job to commence and conclude on Monday 15 April 2024 please.

Re-silicon some of the dirty silicon around shower stalls, including potentially replacing silicon flap on inside shower door, regrout some (or all?) bathroom tiles (they are large and mostly in good condition), re-grout OR silicon join in kitchen bench (granite). Also wondering if you can resilicon around a sink in 2nd bathroom ( I listed another job for this, but wasn't sure how best to do it as there is some water damage in the face board underneath. Will add 2 pics for this. The 2 bathrooms are in pretty good nick, I don't know if you can just regrout the sections that need it or if you need to match the grout colour and do it all. So I'm negotiable, just keen to talk to someone experienced and honest who can sort it for me.

There are a few cracked tiles in my kitchen that need replacing. The tiles are 400mm x 400mm tiles. Approximately 8 tiles in total to be replaced. Some are partial tiles so you would need a tile cutter.
