We have a small slab of concrete in our backyard and a set of concrete steps that were recently broken up by another contractor, however they found some asbestos (approx 2-4sqm) and we will need a licensed professional to come and remove all of the affected concrete, soil and asbestos. Ideally, as part of this work we'd like testing of the soil throughout the yard to be completed to see if there are other affected areas (I understand cost may be revised should the whole yard need to be scraped).
