Requiring a handyman or carpenter to repair some water damaged fascia board. Has a minor leaking gutter which has caused decay in the fascia board, has been an issue for a few years now and the time has come to do something about it! Approximately 40lm of gutter, although about half has gutter guard so debris in gutter minimal. Require all debris to be removed into bags and brought to ground. I can dispose of removed material. The house is about 4m high at the front around 3m at the rear. Ladder on-site if needed. Bags can be supplied if required.
