Looking for experienced person to replace the roof gutters, should be licensed and insured.Its around 20m length of gutters needs to replace. Person should help to order the material as well.

Hi, I need someone professional to cleanse the gutter of an old one-story house in Reynella.

The gutters need some work on them and 2 x sheets need replacing under the eve's. I will pay accordingly for any extra work that may need doing. Prefer job to be done either today or Thursday the 2nd of June.

I have a slow roof leak from a tiled roof. The leak only appears during very heavy rain and when the wind is in the right direction. Many months can go by without the leak appearing. I have previously engaged a reputable roof repairer who has repointed the roof and sealed any obvious points of water entry. The leak point may be under solar panels . The task is to identify the source of the leak, possibly through the roof cavity and recommend a solution. An additional amount will be negotiated for fixing the leak if feasible.

A small section of our gutter had come loose, the brackets are there but we can’t get it to stay in and secure.

Need gutters to be cleaned for a 2 bedroom unit in Blackwood. Leaves can be put in the green bin located on the property but you will need tools (ladder etc) to do the job.

Tighten screws on pergola

On windy days/nights or when wind is in a specific direction, we hear annoying rattling sound from our roof, close to the edge of the building over a bedroom. Gutters have been ruled out as they were checked recently. I have inspected fromcthe roof cavity. Still hearing it from the above proving it is over the roof and not inside. This might be a lose or broken screws. I need this to be checked on a windy day or at least guarantee a second visit to fix after a windy night. Noise comes from the mark3d area in the attached photo. Easy access fromcthe side flat roof.
