Find experienced local roofers in Lower Mitcham

Need someone experienced to remove contaminated insulation from roof cavity above bedroom wardrobe. Previous possum activity. Insulation has droppings/staining/odour. Scope: - Access roof space - Remove and bag affected insulation - Clean loose debris - application of enzyme based cleaner (will provide) - Replace insulation (we have 10 pieces x 6.7m2 of new insulation batt) - Dispose of waste Must have own PPE/tools and roof space experience. Expected 1-2hrs of work

Looking for someone to reconnect a digital aerial cable to antenna. Lower Mitcham. Would do it myself but am not good with heights. Possibility the cable ends has some corrosion as has been disconnected a few months . Aerial is only 7 years old so should still be ok.

I sheet of laserlite corrugated shape approx 4-5 metres long, over pitched carport roof. Some prep work as existing gutter guard to remove and replace.

I have a house which has 95m2 of 1980's style fibreglass insulation in the roof cavity. I need this insulation removed and disposed of. Once the insulation is out, a vacuum of the ceiling to remove the fibreglass dust in the ceiling and any other mess. All mess and waste to be removed after job completion. Roof access is either through a manhole, and/or there are concrete tiles that can probably be lifted off and replaced. Please bring your own safety gear, at least a suitable dust mask :) The photos are random direction photos in the roof cavity, taken from the manhole. Need a handyman to identify and fix leak in the roof of the carport. There is some leaking on the side too which I was told can be fixed with some silicone or foam. Located 5062

Ridge caps have moved in a number of tiles, concrete cracking and needs fixing. Experienced roofer only please particularly dealing with roof tiles.

Need a pergola roof fixed, roof is Perspex sheeting, need someone to find the leaks or replace the sheeting if cracked. Unsure if cracked or not or whether just needs new screws to reseal it. - Due date: Flexible

Tiled roof, you can see some bending on edges of the roof which is due to missing support beams (there is only one in places where I assume should have been two). There is also cracking in one of the supporting rafters. - Due date: Flexible
