The bottom of this drain seems to have perished. My fix with tape is not good. Would need someone to help get the right part and fix it

Requiring a handyman or carpenter to repair some water damaged fascia board. Has a minor leaking gutter which has caused decay in the fascia board, has been an issue for a few years now and the time has come to do something about it! Please note it is on the corner of my house which is approximately 5 metres high.

I’ve come home from holidays and there is a water mark/damage on my ceiling in the lounge room. Require leaf and plant debris to be removed from the roof and gutters. Total roof area is 125m2 plus 40m2 to fly over roof which has most of the debris on it from a gum tree above. Approximately 40lm of gutter, although about half has gutter guard so debris in gutter minimal. Require all debris to be removed into bags and brought to ground. I can dispose of removed material. The house is about 4m high at the front around 3m at the rear. Ladder on-site if needed. Bags can be supplied if required. Also after new high quality gutter guard but ca be done in a seperate visit after clean and scoping requirements - Due date: Flexible
