I need a rusted hole patched in my gutter on the second storey (roughly 5m to 6m up). The hole is about 10cm to 15cm across, right next to a gutter bracket. Photos attached. I’ve already bought Byute Flash flashing tape and pre-cut the strips. There’s also a diagram attached showing how I’d like it laid inside the gutter: overlapping strips across the hole, starting on the downpipe side, then one long strip over the top to seal the joins. The job is just to clean out the area, brush off loose rust, wipe it down, make sure it’s dry and stick the tape inside the gutter. Experience working at heights is essential. I tried to do this myself with my own extension ladder but it wasn’t stable enough at this height, so I’m looking for someone with their own good quality ladder suitable for second storey work (a standoff would be ideal, as the gutter is the only thing to lean on and it’s rusty around the hole). There’s an old open awning frame below the gutter, so the ladder will need to go beside it rather than through it. The ground there is also concrete. I'm thinking should be pretty quick if you've got a good ladder (maybe 30 - 45 minutes). Available this weekend or early next week. Please let me know in your offer if you’ve done gutter repairs or similar work at height before. I've put a higher price (i think) as love it done asap and due to the height and need for a good ladder.

Hi, We accidentally damaged two drainage components while carrying out backyard landscaping and need an appropriately licensed plumber/drainer to repair both. Both areas have already been excavated, and the relevant pipes are exposed. Photos of both damaged areas are attached. Job 1 – Repair Stormwater Downpipe Connection The bottom connection of the white PVC roof downpipe was damaged during excavation. Work required: * Inspect the damaged downpipe and exposed underground stormwater pipe. * Reuse the existing exposed underground connection where suitable. * Cut away damaged PVC sections cleanly and supply/install the required replacement pipe and fittings. * Check the underground pipe for soil or debris that may have entered during excavation. * Remove any accessible debris and confirm the pipe drains freely. If specialised cleaning is required, please advise before proceeding. * Reconnect the downpipe securely to the underground stormwater system. * Test the connection with water to confirm it drains correctly and does not leak. * Leave the area ready for backfilling. Important: The underground stormwater pipe has already been located and exposed. Please assess whether any additional excavation is necessary before starting. The broken PVC pipe sections and fittings are still on site and available for inspection. Job 2 – Repair Sewer Inspection Opening The PVC riser of an existing sewer inspection opening has been damaged around ground level. Work required: * Inspect the exposed inspection opening and damaged riser. * Repair or replace the damaged riser as required. * Reinstate the existing white inspection/access cover with its three screws, or supply a suitable replacement if necessary. * Ensure the opening is securely covered, accessible for future maintenance and finished at the appropriate ground level. The original inspection cover is still on site.

Seeking a qualified and insured roofer to inspect a gutter coming away from the rear of a property in Tannum Sands, QLD. The homeowner reports that sections of the gutter and its supporting clips are pulling away from the fascia, particularly above the rear doorway. The affected gutter run is approximately 10 metres long. I have a fiber-cement pool pump box that needs venting, waterproofing, and tiling. I already have all the premium trade products (Davco K10 Plus, PrimeX, Sikaflex, Pool Silicone, Dunlop epoxy grout, tiles and davco powder mastic) I need please a quote for the labor to cut the vents, waterproof, and tile it. I will need to prime again - see pics. I am also willing to help and be a labourer and learn to tile if that helps

Install 3 x Yakima roof racks onto Rhino-Rack Backbone – Toyota Hilux I have a Rhino-Rack Backbone system already installed on my Toyota Hilux and need 3 x Yakima crossbars/racks fitted to it. I have all the Yakima racks and mounting hardware. I've attempted the install myself, but there isn't enough room for me to get my fingers/tools into the correct position to secure the mounts properly. It may be possible for someone with the right tools/experience to install them with the Backbone in place. Otherwise, the Rhino-Rack Backbone may need to be removed, the three Yakima racks assembled/mounted to it off the vehicle, and then the complete assembly reinstalled. Looking for someone experienced with Rhino-Rack/Yakima/4WD roof rack installation who can work out the easiest way to get it fitted securely. Budget: $200
