Looking for someone experienced in soundproofing a bedroom from road noise.

I have a property at Capalaba that needs its gutters removed and replaced. It is a two story house, and there is approximately 55 lm that needs to be replaced.

The work involves installing a new waterproof liner over the existing liner in two gabion water feature troughs. Simple 2-3 hour job: cut, fit, glue, seal, install Dimensions (approx.): 2 troughs 2.5m (L) × 1.5m (W) × 600mm (D) each All materials are already on site, so the job requires a professional installation. Need assistance to remove exterior metal sheets and guttering from the 6mx9m shed then Insulate wall cavities, attach vapour barrier around the shed and finally Clad the exterior of a 6x9 shed with 300mm x 3000mm Cement cladding. Sheets and Clip System supplied by https://qbsi.com.au/our-services/building/. Pictures are NOT the shed but the cladding. The shed has only 2 large windows, 1 main entrance door and one large sliding door. All screws, clips, polyurethane sealant etc will be supplied. Starting/Finishing times may vary from day to day. Latest start will be 11am and earliest finishing time is 3pm.

Have a bunch of *patch works required around the house *regrout the tiles in the bathroom upstairs. *There's also a section of the deck that needs to be sanded and painted. *Blinds installed in the living room *reinstall curtain rail upstairs. It fell off and will require some patch. Photos attached. I've done most of the stairs/deck but have a small section where I do not have the time to complete.

Installation of five bags of ceiling insulation. The ceiling insulation bats are already in the roof (ready for installation) but need to be professionally installed by somebody that knows what they’re doing. Access is limited but there is ceiling insulation currently in the hardest to reach locations. I would estimate there’s probably a few hours work involved for someone that knows what they’re doing.

I have been advised there is large amount of mold that has appeared in the property due to ventilation internally but to confirm there are no issues internally I would like a Roof inspection. To happen to make sure there is no where water is entering. If so I would like a photo report showing the issues otlr at a minimum individuel photos with listed concern and then complete a make safe where required. If that's replacing a few screws or rivits or silicon or dektite ECT.. I will cover F&R coats. My have a trade license.

Box gutter leaking, need a fix before insurance job. 1. Install fixings at the lap of the outlet and gutter to prevent thermal movement of the Colorbond. 2. Seal in between the underside of the outlet and rendered masonry wall. 3. Fold end of outlet down into the gutter to prevent capillary action occurring

I have already had the house sprayed but a plumber just found evidence of rat droppings in my ceiling at the back of the house so I need someone to supply and install some rat stations around the ceiling especially at the back. Need someone agile and able to climb around in the ceiling. Single storey home with tin roof.

Springs came out reversing up a gutter

Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Work required: * Repair deteriorated silicone seals to dry pan flashing. * Remove debris from box gutters, gutter guard and roof sheets/flashings. * Re-secure loose mesh gutter guard. * Adjust apron flashing to eliminate gaps and exposed fixings. * Seal gap between cladding and roof framing. * Replace perished sealant. * Paint exposed timber rafter ends. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can’t safely get back onto the roof to take additional photos, so please refer to the attached building inspection images to give an idea. Can be flexible with when, but prefer Thursday, Friday or weekends.
