Hi, I need someone to remove the roof racks and plastic roof moldings on both sides, clean the area, and completely reseal underneath with silicone. After that, please help me mount a side awning on the passenger side. I have the awning ready. A NOTE: The bolts on the roof rack are seized and very tight-they won't budge with a regular hex key. You will need proper tools (like an impact wrench or bolt extractor) to remove them. Looking for a handy mechanic with their own proper tools.

Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Work required: * Repair deteriorated silicone seals to dry pan flashing. * Remove debris from box gutters, gutter guard and roof sheets/flashings. * Re-secure loose mesh gutter guard. * Adjust apron flashing to eliminate gaps and exposed fixings. * Seal gap between cladding and roof framing. * Replace perished sealant. * Paint exposed timber rafter ends. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can’t safely get back onto the roof to take additional photos, so please refer to the attached building inspection images to give an idea. Can be flexible with when, but prefer Thursday, Friday or weekends.

I need someone fit and experienced with roof cavities to help move an Ethernet cable through a low roof cavity. Running the cable through the walls is already handled. There is no drilling, termination, testing, electrical work, or network setup required. The task is only to traverse the roof cavity with the new Ethernet cable and take it from one side to the other. At the destination end, there is an old Ethernet cable already in place. That old cable is broken on the other side, so we will cut it and secure the new cable to it, then use the old cable as a draw wire to pull the new cable down from below. Access is tight near the manhole, about 600 mm clearance at the start, but it opens up significantly further in. By the time you reach the cable handoff area, there is much more room and near standing height. Must know how to move safely in a roof cavity without stepping on plasterboard, ceiling battens, ducting, pipework, wiring, insulation, or services. Weight must only go on structural timber/truss members/top plates. I have attached a photo of the roof cavity so you can assess the access before accepting.

We have recently completed an extension but this section of the existing gutter wasn't replaced and has now rusted through. Scope of works is to remove and dispose of existing gutter on southern side of the house ~12-15m and replace with new gutters in Colourbond "wallaby". Tie into new gutters and existing stormwater downpipes. Fascia to be inspected and replaced as/if necessary. The house is currently being painted, trestles may be available and already on site, depending on timing.
