I have a large curved fixed glass window on the second level of my house in Paradise Point, Gold Coast. Water is leaking into the house from around the bottom of the window/frame, as shown in the attached photos. The area has been sealed previously, but unfortunately it is still leaking. I’m looking for an experienced window leak / waterproofing specialist or glazier who can: * Investigate and identify the actual source of the water ingress * Check the bottom window frame, frame-to-render junction, flashing, drainage/weep holes and existing sealant * Carry out a water test if required * Remove failed sealant where necessary and repair/reseal correctly * Provide a proper long-term waterproof repair, not simply apply another layer of silicone over the existing sealant The window is approximately second-storey height, so please ensure you have the appropriate ladder/access equipment and experience working at height. Please only make an offer if you have experience specifically with leaking windows / external waterproofing / remedial work.

The roof and gutters are long overdue for a clean, so there is a lot of leaf litter up there. The roof is easily accessable and safe to walk on. I just need it cleared off, no need to dispose of leaves afterward.

I need someone to repair an area of rotten and water-damaged timber around the eaves/fascia/verge of my house, as shown in the photos. I believe water is getting in somewhere around this area and may have caused some damage behind the visible timber. I want the damaged timber removed and replaced properly, with the area sealed so the water ingress is fixed. WORK REQUIRED: • Inspect the area and work out where the water is getting in. • Remove rotten and damaged timber. • Check behind the visible timber for any additional damage. • Replace damaged timber with suitable timber. • Make sure everything is secure and structurally sound. • Seal and weatherproof the area so water cannot continue getting in. • Recreate the existing shape and appearance as closely as practical. • Paint/finish the repaired area to blend with the existing house. I'm happy to consider a handyman or experienced DIY tradesperson for this job. You do not need to be a licensed carpenter or builder. However, I do want someone who is confident and experienced with timber repairs and working on houses. This needs to be a proper repair, not simply filling the rotten timber or covering it up. Please include some photos of similar repair work you have done if possible. The main priority is stopping the water ingress, replacing the damaged timber properly and leaving the area looking neat and secure. Happy to arrange an inspection before agreeing on the final price.

I need 2 downpipe repairs completed 1. Reconnect a fallen roof downpipe back to the existing rainwater tank inlet. It was previously connected and just needs to be restored and secured properly. 2. Connect another downpipe into the existing stormwater pipe next to it, instead of allowing the water to discharge onto the ground. Please see the attached photos for the required connections. Looking for someone experienced with downpipes/stormwater who can supply any required fittings and complete both connections properly.

There are 3 separate areas around the house: * Two areas have rusted/damaged gutter sections. * One area has a damaged/rusted downpipe. * Only the damaged sections need to be replaced, not the entire gutter/downpipe system.
