Clean rainwater gutters and pipes I’m looking for someone to clean out my rainwater gutters and downpipes, and check that everything is draining properly. Please remove any leaves, dirt and debris, and ensure the gutters and pipes are clear and functioning as they should.

I’m looking for someone experienced with caravan, camper trailer or food trailer roof mechanisms to inspect and repair the wind-up roof on my food trailer. The roof normally raises and lowers using a manual wind-up system. While lowering it recently, the roof suddenly dropped on one side, so I believe there may be an issue with a cable, pulley, lifting arm or part of the winding mechanism. I need someone to: Inspect the complete roof lifting/winding system Identify what has broken or come loose Repair or replace the damaged cable/pulley/mechanism as required Make sure the roof raises and lowers evenly and safely again Ideally have experience with pop-top caravans, camper trailers or similar lifting systems The trailer is accessible and I can provide photos of the roof and mechanism before you attend. Happy to pay extra for parts once we know exactly what is required.

The roof and gutters are long overdue for a clean, so there is a lot of leaf litter up there. The roof is easily accessable and safe to walk on. I just need it cleared off, no need to dispose of leaves afterward.

I need 2 downpipe repairs completed 1. Reconnect a fallen roof downpipe back to the existing rainwater tank inlet. It was previously connected and just needs to be restored and secured properly. 2. Connect another downpipe into the existing stormwater pipe next to it, instead of allowing the water to discharge onto the ground. Please see the attached photos for the required connections. Looking for someone experienced with downpipes/stormwater who can supply any required fittings and complete both connections properly.

There are 3 separate areas around the house: * Two areas have rusted/damaged gutter sections. * One area has a damaged/rusted downpipe. * Only the damaged sections need to be replaced, not the entire gutter/downpipe system. Gutter cleaning – large low-set home Looking for someone to clean the gutters on a large low-set dual-occupancy home. The house has a tiled roof and access is easy. Gutters mainly contain leaves and general leaf debris. All debris must be removed from the gutters, collected and taken away. Please do not simply throw the gutter debris onto the ground/gardens.
