Need an experienced installer to mount a Yarbo Mower antenna on my Colorbond metal roof. The antenna and mounting hardware are supplied. The task is to securely install the antenna, route and secure the cable neatly, and ensure the installation is weatherproof without damaging the roof. The RJ45 cable will also need to be routed into my second-floor equipment/network room. A licensed electrician or someone with relevant electrical/cabling experience is preferred. Please bring your own tools and ladder if required.

Looking for a qualified plumber (or plumber/roofer) to inspect and fix two issues at my property: Solar hot water system: The red warning light is flashing on the solar hot water tank system. Hot water is still working, but I'd like the fault diagnosed and repaired. Roof leak: I've noticed moisture and mould forming on the ceiling inside a bedroom wardrobe, so I need the source of the leak located and fixed.

I have been advised there is large amount of mold that has appeared in the property due to ventilation internally but to confirm there are no issues internally I would like a Roof inspection. To happen to make sure there is no where water is entering. If so I would like a photo report showing the issues otlr at a minimum individuel photos with listed concern and then complete a make safe where required. If that's replacing a few screws or rivits or silicon or dektite ECT.. I will cover F&R coats. My have a trade license.

Box gutter leaking, need a fix before insurance job. 1. Install fixings at the lap of the outlet and gutter to prevent thermal movement of the Colorbond. 2. Seal in between the underside of the outlet and rendered masonry wall. 3. Fold end of outlet down into the gutter to prevent capillary action occurring

I have already had the house sprayed but a plumber just found evidence of rat droppings in my ceiling at the back of the house so I need someone to supply and install some rat stations around the ceiling especially at the back. Need someone agile and able to climb around in the ceiling. Single storey home with tin roof.

Springs came out reversing up a gutter

Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Work required: * Repair deteriorated silicone seals to dry pan flashing. * Remove debris from box gutters, gutter guard and roof sheets/flashings. * Re-secure loose mesh gutter guard. * Adjust apron flashing to eliminate gaps and exposed fixings. * Seal gap between cladding and roof framing. * Replace perished sealant. * Paint exposed timber rafter ends. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can’t safely get back onto the roof to take additional photos, so please refer to the attached building inspection images to give an idea. Can be flexible with when, but prefer Thursday, Friday or weekends.

Assemble and install ozroo tub rack on 2020 Ford Ranger Wildtrak. Also mount rooftop tent onto rack. All parts supplied. Looking for someone with experience fitting roof racks, tub racks or rooftop tents. Morningside area

Replacement of top part connection of gutter as there is a hole in the existing gutter. Only want the top part to be replaced not the full gutter. It is on the second floor of the back of the house.
