Looking for painters, roof plumbers or experienced roofing contractors. The rust is primarily confined to the lower edge of the corrugated metal roof adjacent to the gutter, with some minor surface rust also visible inside the gutter. The work needs to be completed before scheduled gutter guard installation on 5 August. Rust treatment, primer and topcoat will all be provided. The successful Airtasker should: 1. Inspect the rusted roof edge and adjoining gutter (will need to remove leaf debris in that one gutter for better visibility). 2. Remove loose rust using a wire brush or other suitable mechanical method. 3. Apply to the affected area rust treatment/converter, metal primer and 2 x coats of protective topcoat. 4. Be experienced and appropriately equipped to work safely at heights on a sloping metal roof. 5. Leave the area clean and ready for the gutter guard installation. The affected area is shown in the attached photo. Supply and fit. Need Box gutter replacement. Temporary silicone sealant was applied to the deteriorated sections and gaps identified within the gutter system.

Got a 5.5kw system with around 21 panels which haven't been cleaned for 2 years.

Cut a portion of rusted roof iron (about 1.5 m length) from 3 adjacent sheets and insert and fix new sheets. Also replace a gutter corner and 1 metre of guttering (connected to the corner). Single story house. LABOUR and your tools only. I have the roof iron, screws, gutter corner, guttering, silicon. And ladder too. Would prefer Thursday, Friday afternoon (after 2pm) or anytime Saturday.

Gutter seam on 2nd story requires some silicone to stop drip. Large ladder needed.

Installation of five bags of ceiling insulation. The ceiling insulation bats are already in the roof (ready for installation) but need to be professionally installed by somebody that knows what they’re doing. Access is limited but there is ceiling insulation currently in the hardest to reach locations. I would estimate there’s probably a few hours work involved for someone that knows what they’re doing.

I have been advised there is large amount of mold that has appeared in the property due to ventilation internally but to confirm there are no issues internally I would like a Roof inspection. To happen to make sure there is no where water is entering. If so I would like a photo report showing the issues otlr at a minimum individuel photos with listed concern and then complete a make safe where required. If that's replacing a few screws or rivits or silicon or dektite ECT.. I will cover F&R coats. My have a trade license.

Box gutter leaking, need a fix before insurance job. 1. Install fixings at the lap of the outlet and gutter to prevent thermal movement of the Colorbond. 2.
