4 bedroom house roof Restoration

My pup ran through the bottom of my house and ripped a lot of insulation out. Ive fenced him to the backyard now. But need it all cleaned out so I can replace. Added the floor plans to give rough idea how big the house is. About a metre clearance house is lifted.

There's a leak in the garage directly over the garage door (when the door is closed, over the red cord) that has rusted the mechanism, and it's dripping rust onto the car.. looks like part of the roof is giving way. Job in Mermaid Waters

im sheeting this carport roof over the next week or 2 with villaboard, just looking for a young bloke to give me a hand or 2, someone experienced on a day rate might have a lot more future work here and there as well.

Basic details - Approx 15yr old 4 bedroom home, low set, grey colour bond roof with 16 solar panels. Can be seen on google maps. Tasks - 1. Roofing screws need to be replaced, roof and solar panels cleaned. 2. Some guttering and collection boxes on down pipes may need to be replaced. 3. 3x colourbond or Perspex panels need to be made and screwed around the edge of the fly over roof to stop water ingress. We are in no rush and are happy to work in with contractors time frame. Someone is home all the time, access is easy for quick site inspection if required.

I need someone fit and experienced with roof cavities to help move an Ethernet cable through a low roof cavity. Running the cable through the walls is already handled. There is no drilling, termination, testing, electrical work, or network setup required. The task is only to traverse the roof cavity with the new Ethernet cable and take it from one side to the other. At the destination end, there is an old Ethernet cable already in place. That old cable is broken on the other side, so we will cut it and secure the new cable to it, then use the old cable as a draw wire to pull the new cable down from below. Access is tight near the manhole, about 600 mm clearance at the start, but it opens up significantly further in. By the time you reach the cable handoff area, there is much more room and near standing height. Must know how to move safely in a roof cavity without stepping on plasterboard, ceiling battens, ducting, pipework, wiring, insulation, or services. Weight must only go on structural timber/truss members/top plates. I have attached a photo of the roof cavity so you can assess the access before accepting.

I need a whirly bird replaced. I have the replacement here but I am no good with heights and roof walking.

Need a person more nimble than myself to climb inside the roof and use our battery caulking gun to glue under the beams allowing me to acroprop and screw the ceiling sheets back in to place. Should be around 3-4 hours work as I have already started but turns out I hate climbing in and out of the roof

I’ve bit away for a few weeks for work, I got home and my wife told me that the kids thought there was something in the roof. We’ve lived here for six years, I go up in the roof all the time. I’ve never seen any evidence of anything being in the roof. last night lying in bed I woke up at midnight and there was something right above us that was scratching around for a while. It didn’t sound like a possum because it just seems very light. If it was a possum it would be a baby one. I suspect it’s more likely to be a mouse or something else so there’s definitely something in there. I’d like it removed as soon as possible.
