Hello Airtaskers. An existing bedroom in my house that was once a garage currently experiences a lot of noise entering in from the back of the house. A lot of that noise is coming through the gaps within the existing door, which is causing some inconvenience with peace within the room. What I'm seeking is somebody with the skills to assess and put together something that would help eliminate the noise entering into the room. I have an old house, it has the original roof on the main structure. It has had an extension built on. the roof between the two has rusted and now leaks. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Remove dead vine from house wall and gutter. Will require a ladder to reach.

Replace a single section of guttering (4m), standard galvinized profile. The downpipe elbow connection also needs to be replaced, galvinzed rectangular section, the vertical part of down pipe is OK. The job is 2 storeys high, so will need a scaffold to access. There is a deck underneath, so scaff set up will be easy. Image of the ruster gutter section and connection to be replaced.

Hi, I need an experienced handyman to safely remove a fallen TV antenna from my house. Current situation: The antenna base has detached from the roof/fascia and is currently hanging in the tree branches, held only by the coaxial cable. I do not watch local TV, so I just need it permanently removed. Required work: 1. Safely cut the cable and completely remove the antenna, bracket, and any loose wiring. 2. Crucial: Apply waterproof silicone sealant to the exposed screw holes on the roof/eaves to prevent any future water leaks. 3. Take away and dispose of the old antenna parts. Important note: This is a two-story house. You will need to bring an extension ladder tall enough to reach the roofline safely, along with your own tools and waterproof silicone sealant. Please confirm in your offer that you have the right ladder and sealant. Thanks.

Cleaning my gutter in Kenmore

Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

Water roof leaks on two industrial warehouses

We have a hole in the skylight roof tile that needs patching. Also need to have a general look on roof to see if there are any tiles that need sealing or replacing. We have spare tiles. Tiles are old Boral Windsor style I believe.
