Hi I am looking for someone to paint the gutters and the wood directly below the gutter. Will need a formal quote so have only listed the job as $10 as do not know what this will cost

I have a terracota tile roof, on a two storey building. There is a leak coming down. I have cut a hole in the plaster, and removed some of the sarking to investigate what is going on. There seems to be 2 main leaks 1. Cause by spray foam from a prior poor repair. 2. 2 rows higher up (directy above) seems to be a badly seated tile (larger leak). This is possibly caused by the spray foam further down not allowing them to stack correctyly. Oyster light screws have come out of roof. Still hard wired / working just hanging (have boxes under it to hold it up. Does not look like any plugs etc have been used - just screwed straight into roof. Need re-screwed / better attachment to roof.
