The work has been started but it is taking longer than we thought and we have a deadline to meet, so we just need extra hands. The work involves using a heat gun and scraper to remove paint back to bare timber. It is hard work and physically challenging so it would suit someone who is relatively fit and is ok working at heights. It also requires patience and attention to detail. The scaffolding has been supplied and set up by a licenced scaffolder.

Our puppies can fit through the slots in our side gate and some of the neighbors wooden fence has gaps from trees growing so the ask is to help close these. I have metal mesh which can be tied to the metal rods.. if you want more work we also have too big gaps on our balcony above ground. Unfortunately our puppies seem to ignore gravity. I can provide the materials and if anything is missing I can buy from bunnings. I just need help to get it done and maybe you will see better ways of doing it open to suggestions :)

Noticed a small leak coming from lounge room ceiling, insurance won’t cover the repair as the damage is from poor workmanship from before we purchased the house. Roof is sheet metal where the leak is believed to be coming from, the rest of the roof is decramastic roof, however I don’t believe the leak to be coming from that part of the roof. We have a roof leak that needs to be inspected and rectified. We got our gutters cleaned a month ago which helped slightly, however with a recent heavy rainfall event the leak occurred again and was quite bad. We need the issue inspected and rectified.

Require leaf and plant debris to be removed from the roof and gutters. Total roof area is 125m2 plus 40m2 to fly over roof which has most of the debris on it from a gum tree above. Approximately 40lm of gutter, although about half has gutter guard so debris in gutter minimal. Require all debris to be removed into bags and brought to ground. I can dispose of removed material. The house is about 4m high at the front around 3m at the rear. Ladder on-site if needed. Bags can be supplied if required. Also after new high quality gutter guard but ca be done in a seperate visit after clean and scoping requirements - Due date: Flexible

Replace two broken tiles in our roof and check the whole roof as well whether there are any broken tiles other than the two. We don’t have a spare tile to be use

Repair gutter section and down pipe on carport. The section of gutter is 1 meter and down pipe is 1900 in height. Happy to replace down pipe with PVC.
