Hi! I have two small townhouses, both two story, Both less then a year old.

Insulation missing from a small section of aircon pipe in ceiling. Condensation from the pipe is leaking into ceiling and has caused a damp spot to start growing on ceiling. (5cm ish). Need two quotes, one to fix the leak and the other to repair the ceiling.

Replace corroded gutter on carport. Gutter is roughly 5.3m long, can be accessed from carport/front of house/garden. Not sure what material current gutter is made of but ideally replace with something the same/similar to match rest of house - Due date: Before Friday, 26 January 2024

The gutters are at the second story level of a Queenslander style home. There are passageways along each side of the house, albeit somewhat narrow.
