Insulation batts will be supplied.

Water leaking into kitchen and bathroom area from the roof tiles. Unsure where exactly needs to be tested and patched. Water is dripping from the kitchen light area and possibly from the window in the bathroom. House is due for demolition so does not need to be an extensive repair just needs to be water tight for next 2 years.

I'm looking for a roofer to carry out repairs to an older tiled roof at my property in mayfield. The roof has many broken tiles, rusted valley irons, a few broken ridge caps, dektites and flashing that needs replacement. As well as some fretting. I'm not after a roof replacement, I just want someone to come out and fix it up for me. Thanks

Some gutter guard is not sitting under the roof tiles, as it should. Needs to be tucked under. May need a small piece to be "stitched in" , in order to reach the second tile. Open to suggestions, and advice. Not sure what is a fair price. Let me know.

I will need to have a wire barrier installed underneath the house, to keep the dogs from getting out. I have two metal gates which might be good option, they will need to cut to size. It will need to be secured to the piers.
