Hi there! I’m looking for an experienced handyman, builder, or soundproofing specialist to reduce noise from my neighboring apartment through the shared internal wall in my bedroom. The wall is bare and ready (see photos for space, dimensions, setup). Aim: Cut airborne noise (voices, TV, footsteps) without big changes—just build out wall slightly for layers. Scope: Prep by adjusting elements to access cavity, cut carpet at base (no need neat—floorboards coming in 2-3 months), move skirting forward ~10-15cm (see photos). I require someone to install rolls of underfloor insulation (supplied by me) under my house in Geelong West. I have made a start but unfortunately injured myself so cannot complete the job. You will need a stapler and must be able to work under the house in a confined space. Clearance under the house is mostly good since it has recently been restumped however a couple of tight spaces.

The air conditioning guys moved all our insulation bats around in the ceiling, and we need someone to come and move them back so that they’re where they’re meant to be
