I would like underfloor insulation installed on a house I have just moved into. I will purchase the polyester underfloor insulation and galvanised staples, but you would need to bring an electric stapler, a tarp to keep the insulation clean while installing it and any clothing and protective equipment you might need. I have attached images of the underfloor as well as of the floor plan. The house is approximately 125m2.

I need a qualified insulation installer. Insulation sourced & installed in the garage, main bedroom entry & study. It doesn't seem to have any. If possible we noticed there is 1 full bag in the roof. Gas ducted will be removed shortly.

House is about 12 years old and feels very cold in winter. We want the roof space checked to confirm what ceiling insulation is currently installed, its coverage and condition, and whether any top-up or upgrade is recommended. We also want any gaps, compression, or other problem areas contributing to heat loss identified. There is also a square evaporative cooling ceiling grille causing a noticeable cold draught in winter, so if the company can also provide a removable seasonal seal or temporary winter close-off for that outlet, that would be helpful. We have vent covers but just wondering if there is something better.

Description: I need a fit individual to complete the installation of underfloor insulation batts for a small house. Scope: Approximately 39sqm remaining (13 bags of batts). Access: Mostly good clearance in the remaining sections. The difficult, low-access areas are already completed. Materials: All insulation batts are provided on-site, Staple gun, staples and tape. Requirements: Must have previous experience with insulation or similar manual labor. You must provide your own PPE (P2/N95 mask, safety glasses, torch and gloves). Estimated Time: Should be a 3–5 hour job depending on pace. Power can be turned off so that all underfloor cabling is de-energized. Except incoming mains which will be identified and are in conduit.

I need to have the old insulation bats removed from the roof of my home. It’s 5 bedrooms, a hallway and bathroom in terms of size. Can you quote for removal of the bats and disposal (separately). There will be a follow on job to install insulation that we can discuss once the tradie has done their work.

Job is to install floor insulation across our house, approx 100sqm. Install is done from above as there is extremely low clearance underneath. Everything is up in the house. Work does not include bathroom area. You will need to work around a bunch of floorboards (example pictured), but they will be laid in tandem with your work so will get more out of your way as time goes on. Insulation and tooling is provided. Most of the insulation is polyester rolls that just need stapling directly to joists. Some (~15sqm) is batts and strapping that need to be installed. !Important: Job needs to be done in tandem with our floorer who is starting on morning of 27th, as our timelines have been completely chewed up. Polyester rolls are arriving on 27th but prior to their arrival, batts will need to be installed in order for floorer to lay. Being able to do this is a timely fashion is super important to us so that we don’t hold up the floorer, as well as being able to work as a team (with our floorer) and prioritise areas that he needs done. I believe this is a ~6-8hr job for one person or 3-4hr for two.

We would like someone to finish installing our underfloor insulation in our house on Coburg. We've done about 85 per cent ourselves, and are a bit over being under the house. The remainder is the bits that are a bit more difficult to get to, or are oddly shaped gaps, approx 10 squares metres. It's polyester insulation which is much easier to install than the glass fibre. No strapping required, you just staple the edges directly to the timber.
