Looking for someone to clean house gutters and flush downpipes for a 4bdr house in Kuraby, and also inspect and seal a small leak in an aluminium patio/verandah roof corner where it meets the house wall. Water appears to drip from the corner during rain and the eaves nearby feel damp. Likely needs resealing or flashing check.

Need a small piece of gutter replaced as seen in pic. Have a scissor lift until Monday morning which makes job easier.

My roof’s guttering has rusted so badly that a hole has formed. Water is leaking through the hole at height and making a loud noise. A large ladder is needed to access the roof.

Need leaves cleaned out and 12 metres of steel gutter guard installed on one side (the fence side) of our granny flat (bolted in, not the free floating plastic mesh kind). Need to know that the gutter is properly sealed along all joints and have sealant applied if it's needed. I've included a photo of the mesh install done on the other side.
