ROOF TILES Supply and install up to 20 broken roof tiles and 2 tapered barge caps to replace broken/cracked tiles. New tiles will be shuffled into one section and secured in place with spring clips. RE-POINTING REPAIRS Grind back ridge cap edges to provide clean continuous surface for flexible pointing to bond to and drill to clear through all weep holes where applicable. Supply and install adhesive mechanical fastener/ flexible pointing compound in accordance with standards AS4046.8-2015. Flexible pointing required to be colour matched to 154 ridge caps. Install all weep holes where required. Conduct thorough inspection to ensure a strong bond has formed around flexing pointing sealing all ridge capping. GUTTER REPLACEMENT Remove and dispose of all existing gutters. Re-secure fascia with 75mm bugle head batten screws. Re-fall to existing down pipe locations. Supply and install BlueScope Colorbond 150 Squareline or similar Rivet and seal to ensure watertight. DOWN PIPE INSTALLATION Remove and dispose of 4 x down pipes. Supply and install 4 x 90mm PVC round down pipes. Current guttering is insufficient in this area for heavy rain. Need to install a down pipe similar to the a.i picture but coming down the brick instead (area below the brick has concrete and drainage)

Water seems to be leaking from the roof or the gutter area — probably from the joint between the back of the gutter and the roof — and the rainwater is getting into the space between the exterior wall and the interior wall.

Need leaves cleaned out and 12 metres of steel gutter guard installed on one side (the fence side) of our granny flat (bolted in, not the free floating plastic mesh kind).
