Hi, I’m looking for a qualified roofer to carry out repairs at my property in Narangba. Scope of work includes: *Replace damaged twin-wall polycarbonate roofing over the alfresco/sunroom area (currently leaking). *Address improper falls on the gutters adjacent to the sunroom (currently no fall, causing water pooling). *Replace rusted roof screws to the rear patio roof. *Check and rectify all flashing interfaces between the tiled roof and patio/polycarbonate roof to ensure the area is fully watertight after replacement. The main tiled roof is generally in good condition; the issues are maintenance-related and mainly affect the patio/alfresco roofing and drainage. I’m looking at installing new gutters to my house. Supply and install Approx 50 meters basalt guttering. Only the house needs to be done not the carport. I am able to assist with removal off the house and disposing of materials coming off the roof.

We need to clean down pipe and also install overflow drain for box gutter for better flow during heavy rain. We have tried using drain snake to clear the down pipe.

Our roof gutter is leaking and water drips off the side which causes mold to grow on our wall.

I have a ‘box gutter’ where the tin roof meets the tile roof. Been cleaned out and now has holes/rust and needs to be fixed.

Water is constantly dripping from a section under the roof eaves (see photo). It looks like it might be coming from a leaking or misaligned gutter or blocked downpipe. I need someone to inspect, identify the cause, and fix the issue — possibly cleaning, resealing, or re-aligning the gutter.
