We have just had the gutters cleaned. Roof looks like its in perfect condition, but we still have a leak inside, upstairs near the filter vent. You should be able to see the water damage via the photos. It needs to be looked at asap if possible.

I got leaks in my place in one of the corners on the 1st story. I suspect it's something with the gutter or/and the roof needs to be sealed in that area. A couple of other gutters are also rusty but no leaking, potentially need to be replaced as well.
