Two sections of guttering need replacement

Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to extend an existing outdoor patio roof and add guttering, at a commercial premises in West End. Scope of work: - Extend the existing covered outdoor area with a new insulated roof section: approx. 11.5m long x 3.25m wide x 2.65m high to match the existing structure's positioning. - Insulated ceiling panels for the full new section (same product/finish as the existing roof where possible). - Tie the new roof into the existing building/structure so water doesn't leak in between when it rains. - Add insulated ceiling panels to an existing partly-covered section nearby: approx. 2.6m long x 3m wide. - Combined total once finished: approx. 19.2m long x 3.25m wide (~62m² floor area). - Supply and install guttering and downpipes along the new roofline, directing water to ground-level drainage. - Match posts/style/position to the existing structure — new section should sit flush with how the current roof already runs out to the fence. What we're looking for: - Comfortable with patio/roof framing, insulated roof panel installation, and guttering/downpipes. - Happy working from existing measurements/photos, or can come measure onsite. - Own tools and working-at-height equipment. Materials: open to you supplying and quoting materials + labour, or advise separately if you'd prefer to quote labour-only against materials we supply. Access: someone onsite daily from 10:15am for a look, measure, or to discuss the job.

Roof maintenance Scope of Work – Roof Maintenance and Repairs • Replace all defective fixings on the metal roof. • Replace rusted guttering along the side and rear of the property (about 25-30m of guttering) • Seal all joints on roof flashings. • Seal all upstand flashings to ensure full weatherproofing. • Seal ridge cap joints to prevent water ingress. • Sand down rusted areas on the box gutter. (Provide seperate quote for full box gutter replacement after inspection) • Apply rust-protection bitumen coating to treated areas. • Supply all required materials and labour to complete the works. -cut out bugger overflow in existing box gutter downpipe header (per photo) • Remove and dispose of all rubbish and waste generated during the project.

The leaking gutter is approximately 5.5 meters off the ground. The issue appears to be at a joint or connection point—likely a failed seal or localized rust—rather than a structural problem.

Need someone to clean my 2 ND story roof and clean out gutters. Need to also re attach the down pipe on the lower gutter (photo attached). Can increase price depending on what repairs are needed.

The gutter at the front of my house is leaking water at what looks like the seam/join and dripping onto the deck. Looking for someone qualified in roof maintenance (with the necessary equipment, ladder and insurance) to clean the area and repair the gutter leak – likely by adding professional grade sealant (unless inspection shows something else is needed). The house is one-story Queenslander and the gutter should be fairly easily accessible via the front garden. Pictures show the location of the leak. Thanks so much!

Gutter 7.4 m long needs replacement. Gutter is 5.7m above ground level. In the attached photo the gutter which needs replacing is the higher one with downpipe at the end .One downpipe only. I can supply the gutter and fittings if more convenient.

Concrete gutter linking asphalt road with gravel driveway is all broken up and needs replacing. Street is on a very steep hill and footpath has been subject to erosion in the past. Quote needs to include drying / curing time for concrete to be vehicle-worthy.

Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

There is a roof/gutter leak allowing water to enter the house above the window. The area is quite high, so access requires a stable ladder that can be secured to support beams half way up in the picture, as the gutters have guards installed. Or go over the roof with a harness. The leak is where the top of the ladder is in the pic.
