The drain pipe that runs from the gutter has broken and water is going into the backyard rather then into the drain pipe

Current gutter has no end cap and drips water into room. Would like gutter extended across length of the brick wall and a down pipe added to ground. Looking for someone to come out and quote the job

Looking for an experienced carpenter/builder to remove an existing alfresco roof (approx 3m x 4m) attached to the house on 3 sides and replace weatherboards where it was attached. Scope includes: * Full demolition and removal of timber structure and roofing * Disposal of all materials * Repair and replace weatherboards where structure was attached * Seal and weatherproof ready for painting. (Not including painting) * Fix downpipe so it connects to the existing downpipe nearby (likely redirect/downpipe adjustment) Must have experience with similar work, proper tools and licensed/insured.

Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

There is a roof/gutter leak allowing water to enter the house above the window. The area is quite high, so access requires a stable ladder that can be secured to support beams half way up in the picture, as the gutters have guards installed. Or go over the roof with a harness. The leak is where the top of the ladder is in the pic.
