I saw some leaking on my patio. The leaking is at the middle. The length is around 5 * 4, 20 meters in total. As one side is around 5 meters long. I have marked out the leaking or over flow point. As after the rain, there is some dropping from the point. Marked red from the photos. Really dont have any ideas how much is going to cost for the replacement yet.

Cut high branches from one tree( ones with no leaves) to fence line to stop leaves falling on heater, hot water and property and clean gutter along fence line. All rubbish left on property. I could do with pole cutter but over 70 and won’t go on ladders onto roof.

The house has a hollow pipe at right angle bends as a gutter drain. Causing blockage and drip noise. Want to change to a smoother bend.
