Scope (all-inclusive) - Remove and replace approx. 7 linear metres of damaged Colorbond guttering. - Match existing profile/colour as closely as possible. - Set correct fall/levels to drain properly to the existing outlet/downpipe point. - Inspect and make good the adjoining gutter sections along the same run to ensure no leaks/loose sections after the repair (includes tightening, re-sealing, and replacing a reasonable number of brackets/fixings as needed). - Include all materials + consumables: gutter, brackets/hangers, screws, joins, stop-ends, sealant, rivets, etc. - Provide safe access equipment as required (ladder/scaffold). - Remove and dispose of old materials + clean up on completion. III. Outcome required - Neat finish, correct fall, and no leaks (including joins/stop-ends). - Gutter left secure so water does not run back into the eaves/soffit area. IV. When commenting/quoting, include: - Offers must include QBCC licence (if applicable) and be all-inclusive (materials, disposal/tip fees, access equipment, sealants/joins/stop-ends, and up to a reasonable number of bracket replacements. - Your experience with Colorbond guttering (photos welcome) - Do you have insurance? - Availability / estimated duration

I need a qualified installer to replace existing whirlybird/s. I am not sure if 1 or 2 have been damaged in recent hail storm. Water has come in, so I need them to be 100% watertight. I have a lowest home with concrete tiles. I will purchase the whirlybirds myself.

Looking for a skillful tradie or roofer to attend and inspect our roof entirely and thoroughly for the below two issues. Quote once inspected. It's a single storey house, tiled roof - 3 bedrooms. ISSUE 1: Ongoing mould issues inside the house. Moulds appear in Lounge, Dining, Sunroom, Laundry and Bed 1. ISSUE 2: With the recent heavy rainfalls, water leaked through the ceilings as well as bubbles were forming under the ceilings. The areas effected were the sun room, front door to lounge room.

Finishing tiling and grouting required around the edge of our laundry and top of shower (just one row of tiles laid on top of waterproofing, approx 20cm high). We have the tiles available but they will need to be cut to size. Tile cutting and grout (ideally grey colour) will need to be provided by the tiler. Laundry is approx 4m x 2.5m.

Require leaf and plant debris to be removed from the roof and gutters. Total roof area is 125m2 plus 40m2 to fly over roof which has most of the debris on it from a gum tree above. Approximately 40lm of gutter, although about half has gutter guard so debris in gutter minimal. Require all debris to be removed into bags and brought to ground. I can dispose of removed material. The house is about 4m high at the front around 3m at the rear. Ladder on-site if needed. Bags can be supplied if required. Also after new high quality gutter guard but ca be done in a seperate visit after clean and scoping requirements - Due date: Flexible
