Looking for someone experienced with Colorbond fencing/gates to: Adjust/repair side gate so it closes and latches properly. Dog-proof gaps underneath existing Colorbond fencing for a very small Chihuahua. Fence is approximately 16 panels × 2.3 m (37 m total). Around 10 panels have gaps roughly 8–12 cm underneath that need blocking. The remaining ~6 panels have smaller/occasional gaps (under ~8 cm) that should only need minor patching. See, attached images of the rust, which goes right down the left hand side on the top left rail of the campervan, a Mercedes Sprinter 315 CDI 2008 LWB, where the awning was attached. I've removed the awning as you can see, and you can see how much rust there is; most of its reasonably superficial, except the front left corner, which has quite a big hole. So I need all of the rust removed, a patch welded over the front hole, and I need it resprayed, and I need the awning reinstalled, if possible. I can drive the van to your premises in the lower Hunter area. I am located at Fletcher 2287.

There is a hole somewhere in the roof above my kitchen. Roof cavity is easily accessible and is standing height. Roof itself is tile and steep. I have a building on Hunter Street, Newcastle, and my tenant is complaining that there is mold on the roof and a bad smell.
