Gutter cleaning with one story. Last time done in April 2025. (Photos attached), Good access with ladder round the place. Has green waste bin: No (Remark: please help take away the green waste as no rubbish bin provide, price included)

I need gutter cleaning at my unit. It's a single storey unit. I have attached some pictures after previous cleaning for reference.

The roof tiles, flashing, and surrounding roof structure must not be damaged during the work. Gutter leaking at few spots and pipeline has holes. Space between pergola and gutter. Gutter cleaning is required as well

Need someone experienced to remove contaminated insulation from roof cavity above bedroom. Previous possum activity. Insulation has droppings/staining/odour. Need gutters to be cleaned for a 2 bedroom unit in Blackwood. Leaves can be put in the green bin located on the property but you will need tools (ladder etc) to do the job.

Tighten screws on pergola

On windy days/nights or when wind is in a specific direction, we hear annoying rattling sound from our roof, close to the edge of the building over a bedroom. Gutters have been ruled out as they were checked recently. I have inspected fromcthe roof cavity. Still hearing it from the above proving it is over the roof and not inside. This might be a lose or broken screws. I need this to be checked on a windy day or at least guarantee a second visit to fix after a windy night. Noise comes from the mark3d area in the attached photo. Easy access fromcthe side flat roof.

Need to get the roof gutter cleaning and leaf removal. House is 2 storey and you will need a ladder or something. Some down pipes might also be blocked so would need cleaning

Install a air vent for bathroom and repoint box gutter. Does not have enough fall and check for and fix any leaks
