I have an existing mixer tap in my kitchen, which is old and leaking around the base. I've purchased a new mixer tap that's fits the space better so I can fit larger Pots to replace it. I need it installed and watertight/sealed so there's no more leaks. I would need you to supply your tools and plumbing expertise to help the installation .

As per title, our shower head is leaking

Need shower in studio apartment fixed. Tap is leaking from shower head. Required Today.

Shower in upstairs ensuite is leaking and needs to be resealed.

Shower leaks out. Been told different things. Caulking was best suggestion Had waterproofing done inside around 3 years ago. But leak still occurred about a year ago

Just need new piece of plastic put on to stop shower from leaking. Also if could remove stains that would be great!

Shower head is constantly leaking, couldn’t take the tap off myself and now there are issues with the pressure. Also cracked a tile that would be nice if it can be sealed.

Shower leaks from the corner. Believe it is just the plastic seal that needs to be replaced. Water slowly drips out at each shower. See pics for details

Upstairs bathroom has a leak which appears on the carpet outside the bathroom. Will need the leak source found and resolved...also need to remove/replace the existing silicon sealant which i though would fix it :-( Thanks.

Unblock toilet. The toilet is blocked

Toilet repairs - 1) 1st toilet -cistern repair / replacement - broken piece of plastic see photo 2) 2nd toilet- replace toilet seat - these screws are rusted on - we have a replacement seat -just the old one removed & new one fitted

Toilet is blocked because of an aromatiser. Most probably the toilet needs to be removed and then fixed again with silicon

1. My bath tap is leaking , I need a plumber to fix it( possible need mixer cartridge replacement) . Also I need following jobs to do: 2. unclog the basin 3. change the current rusted screws/green wall plugs that hold the toilet 4. change the tap stopper of the toilet or fix it since the toilet deposit still gets full even if I turned it off.
