My balcony garden tap starts to drip water and I need it replaced. I need a licensed and insured plumber, please provide license and insurance information and digital copies of documents upon agreement. Please have a look of the attached photos for reference, and let me know your recommended replacement. One of the photos is my kitchen cabinet, which contains water shut offs to my apartment, the red arrow is indicated by my building manager as cold water switch, the hot water valve is under the white meter box on the left side. I haven’t tried the cold water switch so let me know if it doesn’t look right. This is not an emergency, so the timing can be flexible.

Concealed (in-wall) toilet keeps running and hissing and leaks into the bowl. The shut-off tap is faulty and won’t turn off. Please supply any parts needed and fix it today if possible. Access is through the flush button panel.
Hendra was fantastic in fixing our leaking toilet and supplying all the needed parts. Communication was very clear and easy from the start, he arrived on time, and was extremely helpful throughout the whole job. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly fixed and working perfectly. On top of that, he was very friendly and easy to deal with. Looking for a licensed plumber to help with one of the following tasks: Preferred Option: Supply and fit a replacement lid for the existing Caroma Fowler Newport 84014 toilet suite. Alternative Option: Replace the entire toilet suite with a new one if a replacement lid is unavailable. Details: Current Setup: S-trap toilet with a bottom inlet and close-coupled cistern (Caroma Fowler Newport 84014). Reason for Replacement: The cistern lid is broken, although the toilet itself is fully functional. Task Requirements: If replacing the lid: Provide and fit a compatible cistern lid. If replacing the toilet suite: - Safely remove the old toilet. - Install and securely fit the new toilet suite (to be provided). - Ensure proper alignment and sealing of the S-trap and bottom inlet connections. - Test for functionality, including flushing, water inlet, and leakage. - Dispose of the old toilet responsibly. Preferred Timing: Flexible but prefer completion within the next week. If you have a spare lid for this model or can replace the toilet suite as needed, please place your bid.
