Require a plumber who can install toilet bidet spray which I would like to order from ebay. The cistern/flush tank is inside ties so the nearest water connection has to be taken from the one available below wash basin but it’s inside the wooden cupboard - hence might require drilling for the pipe. But open for other suggestions.
