I have the following to install - 3 mixers (bathtub, vanity and shower inc shower head) - toilet - 900mm vanity - 1400mm bathtub (to be sealed with white silcone on 2 sides) - 1x towel rail - 1x toilet roll holder - if possible pick up of gear from Harvey Norman warehouse in Riverwood. Qualified plumber for install preferred. Painters currently painting, will be finished Thursday/ Friday. Planned bathroom install Saturday/ Sunday

Showerhead is leaking because the tap can't be close tightly. Possibly need new washer

Tap in the bathroom is unable to be fully shut off. The washer might be faulty and need to be replaced.

I need you to attach the tap in the laundery properly so it does not move arround. Your assistance is grealy appreciated.

Unfortunately I broke the copper pipe while trying to install a vanity on my toilet. Unfortunately the end of whats left of the pipe is a bit uneven so I feel a bit uneasy fixing it myself. I am hoping a proper plumber with more experience and proper tools can fix it to avoid any leaks.

There is a small leak under my mums bathroom sink. I have replaced the mixer tap and hoses but does not seem to have fixed it. There are four other possible causes - 1. Either the hot or cold cistern tap 2. The plastic s-bend drain pipe 3. The drain plug that screws onto sink 4. The small extension hose that connects to one of the cistern taps. Would like a licensed & insured plumber to diagnose, repair or replace part. Price should include any parts described. Licence and insurance to be sent to me before going to my mums place.

One of my kitchen tap handles has become crooked. It is a wall mounted set, with spout, hot tap, and cold tap.

I am looking for a plumber/ handyman to install 2 mixer systems to replace my old 2 tap system for my bath and shower. As you can see from the photos, the bathroom has recently been stripped of the tiles to allow for the work to commence at anytime. The bath mixer will need to be sit approximately 200-300mm higher than existing to allow for a sitting bathtub to be installed. Please include all works including: - any chasing work to expose the pipework for mixer install - fill with sand/cement or grout etc - disposal of excavated materials - any install works required for roughing in for the fixtures. - let me know if I need to procure the fixtures prior to works commencing PLEASE NOTE: The works quoted are for the roughin of the mixers. The final fitout will be handed separately, but preferably by the same entity.

The sink got blocked and no water pass some licking

The Landey cold water valve (U-type) is loose and won't turn off. The water keeps flowing.

Look for a licensed plumber/handyman to replace the toilet foam seal and fix a leaking toilet. the toilet brand is caroma. The leaking issue after strata checked is the foam seal.

I'm doing a laundry reno and I need someone to cap some water taps that are embedded in the cabinet, make sure it is simple to install a tap back on in the future P.S. it's extra work but if you can also cap off an electrical socket that would be great! if not it's all good. I'm negotiable on quotes.
