My hot water tap won’t turn off, it’s been leaking for a few months now it won’t turn off at all

The water is dripping, and we need to fully flush it to stop it from dripping.

HI, need help in replacing the ensuite sink and regrouting and sealing leak coming from the shower.

I need a handy man The main toilet cistern has some kind of leak which is possibly air (stream of noisy bubbles). Sometimes the cistern only partially fills, but those bubbles and noise remain. The toilet tap also has no thread on it, so unable to turn the toilet off at the wall tap.

Old basin removed. New sink and taps installed. Smell in drain checked.

A section of the garden pipe broke and pouring water.
