Licensed plumber/handyman needed for minor renovation to replace a wall-mounted plastic basin with a ceramic one (already purchased). The current setup has separate hot and cold taps; the new basin is designed for a single mixer tap, which I also have on hand. ⚠️ Important: Please do not bid unless you hold a valid, active plumbing license in your own name. Proof of license will be required prior to job confirmation. 📸 Photos attached for reference. Scope of work includes: - Removal of existing basin and taps - Installation of new ceramic basin and mixer tap - Plumbing adjustments to accommodate the mixer tap - Reinforcement or modification of wall fixtures to support the heavier ceramic basin 🧱 Note: the wall type is plasterboard. The new ceramic basin is heavier, so appropriate reinforcement or mounting adjustments may or may not be required depending on whether or not wall studs are in proximity of where installation is required. request for sewerage pipe 1.5m length to be cured religned. There is a close access point which will make the job easier. The pipe is clay between PVC length is 1.3m but is getting roots at both ends. Need to reline to seal and stop roots entering. thanks Ken

Installation of bidet sprayer with flush tank pipe.

I need to have existing kitchen sink removed, and install a new one, which is to be purchased. Existing kitchen sink is 980 mm x 480 mm. It is on a kitchen bench stone. See photos attached. Potentially need someone to cut the stone bigger or to cut out the hole for a mixer tap if I purchase a kitchen sink without room for the mixer tap.
