Bathroom Mixer handle no longer controls the flow of water. I opened it up and looks like cartridge is very old and gone. I cannot remove the nut that keeps the cartridge in place since its been there so long I end up creaking the whole basin, may require special tools that I don't have like strap wrench or something or someone with more experience. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 2 March 2023
