Need a handyman to fix shower leaking

Shower leak – diagnose, reseal/waterproof & repair rotted timber underneath I have a leaking shower that needs to be properly diagnosed and repaired. The house is on stumps and there is easy access underneath the shower. From underneath I can see water dripping around/from the shower waste/pipe area when the shower is being used. There is also visible water damage and some rotting/deteriorated timber underneath the shower (photos attached). I’m looking for someone experienced with leaking showers/bathroom repairs who can: Identify exactly where the water is coming from – e.g. shower waste/pipe connection, waterproofing, grout, silicone/seals or another source. Repair the actual source of the leak rather than just applying silicone as a temporary fix. Reseal/regrout the shower where required and advise if any waterproofing work is needed. Inspect the damaged timber/subfloor underneath the shower. Repair or replace the affected rotted timber where required and make sure the shower/subfloor remains structurally sound. Check the waste/pipework underneath and repair any leaking connection if that is contributing to the problem. Access underneath the house is available and the affected area is directly accessible, which should make inspection easier. I’ve attached photos of the shower and the area underneath showing the water damage. Please quote/advise based on the photos and let me know whether you can handle both the leak repair and the timber/subfloor

Need help fixing our shower leak. It appears like the connections behind the shower have a leak. If you remove the green door in the picture, you should be able to access the gap behind the shower tiles. I've also attached images of the shower fixture.

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a leaking shower mixer, and check a second shower for a possible similar issue. Spare bathroom: Water is visibly seeping/dripping from underneath the mixer back plate while the shower is completely turned off. This is the main concern and is shown in the attached photos. This shower is very rarely used, so the water is not residual from shower use. Ensuite: I have also noticed some moisture around/underneath the mixer back plate. This shower is regularly used, so I’m unsure whether this is residual water or whether the second mixer may also have a leak. I’d like this checked at the same time. I’d like the source of the leak identified and repaired to prevent potential water damage behind the wall. Ideally looking to repair the existing mixer/s where possible rather than replace unnecessarily. The toilet cistern appears to have an issue with the water flow. Water keeps running continuously and does not stop properly after the cistern fills. Toilet has been blocked/clogged up for a while now. We've had to use family members bathroom for the meantime but have the extra cash to finally pay to have it done. We did attempt to diy unclog but has resulted in a plastic bottle getting lodged into the toilet hopefully this is not too much of a hassle.

The plugs that hold the toilet seat hinges in place in the toilet bowl need replacing as the toilet seat continually works loose.

One of our toilets suddenly stopped getting water this morning. The cistern is not filling at all. The toilet is connected to our rainwater tank/pump system. Our other toilet and the outdoor taps are also connected to the rainwater system and are working normally, so the rainwater pump appears to be operating normally. There were no problems with this toilet previously and it stopped suddenly. Looking for a plumber to diagnose and repair the problem. Hi, I need someone to hang 2 largeish artworks on 2 interior walls (no ladder needed) secure a toilet seat which has started to move from side to side (wrench needed?) and take away an old Samsung tv and dispose of it. The first artwork is 80cm x 80cm and weighs 8.4 kilos The second is 94 wide and 82 highand weighs 6.6 kilos You won't need a ladder as both artworks can be hung while standing on the floor. I can help you hang both. You will have to supply your own hooks, nails, leveller, etc as I have nothing. Other jobs I have a loose toilet seat which needs a bit of attention. And I would like an old 80cm taken away. It's disconnected and ready to be removed. The job is based in Brisbane City. It can only be done on Wednesday.
