Initially what we thought was a small drip change of washer, turned out to be a very complicated task where he actually had to run to Bunnings to get few replacements and fix it with ease. He not only fixed the drip but actually prevented the rusting that was occurring because of the leaking main pipe. Absolute Genius to deal with. Fantastic communication throughout. Re-post of earlier task to repair leaking shower mixer. The grub screw is corroded. Please refer to photos. Please quote your rate. Materials to be paid separately. Let me know if you can do it this long weekend otherwise on next Tuesday. Suggestion by other plumber tasker to replace cartridge. Licensed plumber preferred unless you are confident of fixing it.
All good. Mark was able to fix the leaking shower mixer (corroded grub screw) and obtain the replacement cartridge to replace. He was on time and communicated well. Will be engaging him for other work. Thanks Mark.
