Find an experienced plumber in Jamboree Heights

I am looking for someone to install a new laundry cabinet and connection it to the drain pipe. I have already take out the old one. I have the parts came with the cabinet but not the other parts needed for connecting to the drain pipe. Thanks a lot

I can remove the old flick mixer. I have the new one already, but you've got to get a tool in a 30mm hole underneath the basin to screw on a nut that's 32mm. Maybe you have a basin wrench and can do this easily. If that doesn't fit maybe we need to remove the basin to fit the tap then reinstall the basin.

I have an old vanity which need to be replaced by new one at the same location. Could any plumber or handy man do it?

We need the seating washer replaced in the toilet cistern. The water continuously leaks into the toilet bowl. If the cistern is full and the water turned off, the cistern will completely empty over time. We already have a seating washer available. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 13 March 2023

Bathroom vanity and laundry tub installation

Fridge water line is broken at the front where it enters the door. Tube that is remaining is quite brittle & not enough is sticking out for those attachments to hook o to. See pics attached - Due date: Flexible

Find the source of the leak and see if it can be repaired. The heater/tank is in the garage, not sure how old it is as it was here when we moved in. I think it's fairly recent, but a decent amount of dripping water. Just added photos, not great lighting apologies. - Due date: Flexible

Rough in and Fit out Vanity Unit. Shower and Toilet. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 7th Oct 2021

At the moment all of the water from the downpipe is going directly to the water tank, then overflowing to the storm water drain. However, in very heavy rain the tank itself overflows because it can't escape quick enough. Please see attached first photo. What we'd like to do is install a Y junction that directs the majority of water to the storm water drain with offshoot to the water tank. Similar to how our neighbours have theirs set up - see attached second photo. We're also looking for someone to do a gutter / downpipe clean. They were done ~12 month ago, so shouldn't be too bad.

We have a leak in the bathroom/shower and the water is finding is way underneath the tiles and out onto the wooden floors in the hall way. The silicon might also need replacing. Small shower area, 950mm2 but unsure of where the issue is coming from.

Storm drain is blocked and need to be cleaned.

Have contractors coming in to concrete side of the house tomorrow. Before they do this I would like to see if I can have my rain water tank overflow pipe diverted to the kerb via 90mm pvc pipe that will run under the concrete to the kerbside. It is currently connected to a drain outlet in the backyard. Would need to have laser level to see the feasibility as it is going up hill. Pictures attached.

1 pipe each side off house appears blocked, both down hill to road,maybe tree roots to check and clear please

Hey I have some drains that are blocked by roots. I need someone to make sure it won't happen again.

Connect two new down pipe drains to the storm water pipe. trench need to be dug out for pipe to go under ground. Unsure of nearest location of the storm water pipe/outlet. Need it done asap but no later than end of next week.
