I have Low water pressure at my townhouse, I have had Sydney water and others confirming the low water pressure being on elevated ground. I need a quote on Inspection, purchase and installation of an irrigation pump at the main water inlet for town house.

I need taps replaced in two bathrooms. 1st Bathroom - 1 Sink with 2 taps and Spout - 1 Shower - Tap Heads Only 2nd Bathroom - 1 Sink with 2 taps and Spout - 1 Shower - Tap Heads Only - 1 Bath with 2 taps and Spout (Wall Mounts) All exisiting tap ware are identical. I have all replacement tap ware ready to go - these are also identical and direct replacements for existing set up.

One external drain seems to be blocked. Everytime the washing machine is used the water flows out of the drain (which just outside to the laundry) Need to clear the drain so water does not flow out

Have a new basin tap and faucet set would like to get installed in our bathroom

Tap was leaking a while ago and handyman fixed it by ordering a new part that joined onto the hose. It is now spraying water again. Can’t turn the tap handle off so not sure if it’s the actual tap or the tap fitting.

Currently a flush valve is currently leaking and looks and needs to be replaced. Toilet is slowly running water. I'm not sure if it is the verflow tube, flush valve, or fill valve. It seems to stop if you jiggle the top button. I have a spare inlet valve headseal but have not tried to install it. I really not sure what is causing the problem. It is likely to be a quick fix for someone that knows what they are doing. Trying to find someone that could just pop in before or after a job that is in the area.

My sink tap is very loose and needs to be tight up with a specific key.

I need the Fridge pipe hooked to the tap at back. I have all the parts. Water keeps leaking from the connections. I have attached an extension for 20mm to fit the 15mm tap. Please quote if you are close to Wahroonga as I don’t want to pay for travelling time as my budget is unfortunately quite limited thank you.
