The shower head in my bathrooms leak even when off

My instant water heater, a Bosch Hydropower has been leaking. It's an old model, and costly to repair, so I'm thinking of replacing the entire unit. The leak comes from the water valve (See identical issue here: houzz.com.au/discussions/6421413). The replacement part costs around $300. I believe the threaded part, behind the two pins of the valve has a missing o ring leading to the leak. I've tried tightening the nut as much as possible, but it doesn't fix the leak. NB:Please let me know in your offer if you wish to complete a minor repair, or swap the entire system entirely.

My kitchen sink came of from the bench. It needs to be glued again.

I need someone to install Brita Water filter system on my tap. Please find attached photo of the filter and my tap. I would prefer someone to come to my apartment on any weekends or Mondays or Wednesdays.

Alter the electrical circuits such that the hot water system is powered by our solar panels and battery rather than the controlled load grid. We have plenty of solar and ample battery storage but the grid is powering the hot water system. I believe needs to be a level 2 electrician.
