Find professional pool maintenance in Carlingford

We would like to have a pool inspection before deciding on purchasing a house in Carlingford (1-1:30pm, Sat, 11/4/2026). The pool appears to have had little to no maintenance—please see the attached photos showing peeling surfaces (I can also provide a video of the pool later to give more details). We are also unsure if the pump is working properly and would like this checked as part of the inspection. We would like the inspection to check for any structural issues, leaks, and identify what repairs are needed and the likely costs. We want to understand any potential expenses before proceeding with the property purchase. No formal report is required. We would like to know: Can this pool still be used? Is the pump functional. If it needs repairs, how much would it cost? Whether you can tell why there is peeling on the pool surface — is it because it was left dry without water? Can you please also let me know would you be able to assess the pool visually, or would you need to use equipment for testing? We don’t require a formal report. Thanks
