Replace ceramic disc leaking shower tap unable to pull off handle

My irrigation system has been working fine until sprinkler switch off on 1 June. I just turned it on today to test it but there’s no water out of the sprinklers. I also found those rain bird message flags next to the poleI. Is this something you can help me with? What’s your pricing? Thanks

We live in Bateman and our automatic water sprinklers are not reticulating properly. Their water streams are only jetting out very weakly. There is a broken water sprinkler unit (TORO 570 series). We wonder if this might be the cause of the problem. Can you please provide a quote to supply and install a compatible new sprinkler part? And then run the water sprinkler system to check if this resolve the weak sprinkler water jetting?

clear 1 x toilet and 1 x kitchen sink pipes. they are not blocked, just drain slowly sometimes.

The reticulation - no water comes out of any sprinklers when turned on. When turning on can hear water engaged but nothing coming out of sprinklers.
