The existing tap is loose and needs to be removed and replaced with a new tap (already purchased and provided by me). I’m reaching out to request a repair for my kitchen tap. The flexible pull-out hose inside the tap has fallen back into the spout and is no longer accessible or functioning properly. I’ve checked under the sink, and it appears the hose may have slipped or disconnected. I’m unable to pull it back out from the top, so it likely needs adjustment.

Install a new Caroma Liano II pull-out sink mixer (tap supplied), replacing an existing kitchen mixer. The current tap causes noticeable pipe shudder/vibration when turning the water on (not off), likely fixed by installing the new tap, I’d like this investigated and resolved as part of the job if possible.

Currently vanity is 600mm with a dual tap. Needs to be removed. Pipes then need to be converted to be suitable for a mixer tap. Then need to install a 750mm vanity with the new mixer tap.

We initially installed two mixers for a dual vanity, however that has now changed to a single vanity. The job requires the left mixer to be cut out and removed, and the right mixer to join into the existing pipe work and be positioned to suit the single vanity.

Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman or plumber to help fix a leak coming from my shower screen/door. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. When the shower is running, water leaks out onto the bathroom floor, and we currently have to use a rolled towel to stop it spreading. 🔧 What I need done: • Inspect the shower screen/door area • Remove old or damaged sealant (if required) • Reseal properly with waterproof silicone • Ensure the leak is fully stopped

Shower has started leaking a bit, so need a plumber to assess and fix. Through the day or evening Wednesday would be preferable. There's a possibility of future work too, as I'll be looking to replace toilet and basin sometime in the near future.

My shower head won’t stop leaking despite closing the taps… tightly. We already have washers, we just need the leaking stopped.

Handel on door is coming off... it's one with a lock... if not careful, can easily lock door when closing and can't get open... Handel is almost off and held on with tape

After flushing the toilet, the tank does not refill properly. Water keeps running but the tank cannot hold water. The water continues to flow and sometimes leaks from the flush button area.

Need someone to attend a blocked toilet, where the water is rising when flushed. Council has jet blasted the main line, only the branch line needs to be cleared.

Toilet emptying very slow and filling up quite high. Used a plunger a few times but not fixing the problem.

Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling). I have attempted to replace the valve seal but this didn't seem to do anything. I suspect that it will require replacing flush valve or inlet valve although not sure.
