Removed a chandelier, so need plaster done to close it

Please cut into the area and address the underlying cause, rather than applying a simple touch-up. 2. Damp Ceiling: After rain damage, a damp area on the ceiling has been identified. Please cut out the damaged section and apply plastering. 3. Ceiling Cornice: There is a gap on the ceiling cornice that needs to be fixed.

I need to plaster and paint my double garage ceiling. You may also need to level the ceiling joists before plastering. The garage size: 6.7m * 7.1m I will pay for the materials (plaster, paint, etc.) separately, so please do not include material cost in your quote.

Fix patch of plaster and cornice damaged by mould

The ceiling is cracking and bowing from settlement and delamination, therefore needs to be replastered. The ceiling has two down lights and is 3x3.6m

Plastering the hole in the wall and paint the patch the light switch is fully working but will need to plaster all around it and might need to fit it in not sure you guys please tell me make sure everything is quoted for including painting
