Scope of work: Drywall repair: Patch, tape, and mud two rectangular cut-outs in the wall (approx. 12" x 12" total area) ready for sanding/painting. Please bring backing timber/clips and plaster supplies. Carpet re-installation: Treat the exposed subfloor area with anti-mold spray, check/replace a small section of rusty tack strip, and stretch/kick the carpet back securely into place.

arage ceiling plasterboard has partially detached/sagged and is currently temporarily propped up. Looking for someone experienced to re-fix the existing plasterboard to the ceiling joists/battens where possible, rather than replacing the whole ceiling. We would prefer to keep and secure the existing sheets, with replacement only if any sections are genuinely beyond repair. Please make the ceiling secure and flat again.
