Our double garage ceiling plaster and cornice needs to be completely replaced and painted. Approximately 6.8m x 6m

I need a wall hole in one room to be properly plastered, sanded and painted so the repair is smooth and blends in with the existing wall. There are also multiple scuff marks on the walls in other rooms that need to be cleaned/prepared and painted over. All walls are white, so a matching white paint should be used. The work needs to be completed neatly and professionally, with the aim of having the property ready for the final end-of-lease inspection.

Plaster stopping / base & top coat for kitchen bulkhead (~1m²) – No sanding Task Description: Need an experienced plasterer to tape and apply base coat + top coat to a small kitchen ceiling drop / bulkhead above a rangehood. Job Details & Scope: * Dimensions: Front surface is 150cm × 45cm; bottom sections are 39cm × 30cm and 72cm × 30cm (Total area ~1m²). * Current Status: Plasterboard and external corner beads are already fully installed and fixed. * Work Required: Apply joint tape to seams, apply base coats, and apply top coat flat over beads and joints. * Excluded: No corner bead installation needed. No sanding or painting required (I will handle all final sanding and paint myself). * Protection: Must supply own joint compound/materials and protect the stainless steel rangehood during work. Looking for someone with rapid-set compound/hot mud to complete in one visit, or nearby for a quick multi-pass job. Please include materials in your offer.

Need a hole in the wall plastered up and painted so doesn’t look like any damage

Patch drywall and paint to matct, with some touch-up in other places. There are total 5 small holes spread in a rectangular block of around 100cm by 100 cm. Then the 2 medium size holes where toilet holder goes. Other touch-ups and patching are not included in the price I have quoted, it can be discussed and agreed on the day.

There are 2x Drill Holes in the wall that I need covered up and painted over as well as some paint and minor wall damage from balloons that were hanging being removed incorrectly. I need it to be painted over and some parts of the wall needs to be filled in too. Need done early next week - need to match paint too, I have a few sample pages from bunnings that might match
