Spot 1 (Near floor): Small patch of torn plasterboard paper exposing the brown backing. Needs sealing to prevent bubbling, topping compound, sanding, and paint. Spot 2 (Near ceiling): Wall scuffs and shallow gouges. Needs light filling, sanding smooth, and paint touch-up. Paint will be provided.

I had a very minor leak from the roof after one tile slipped down. The leak went behind a wall plaster so it’s not through the ceiling. The property just finished renovation a month ago and freshly painted. I have extra paint to be used. The leak caused a bubble however after it got dried, the bubble became very small to be noticeable. I’m after a plasterer whether to fix the plaster or scrap the bubble, put filling and then painting.

The plaster was cut out for some plumbing work, and is screwed back in, but now needs taping, skimming etc over to get it back to looking like a normal wall. See photos - Due date: Flexible
