1. The garage roof previously leaked and although the roof has since been repaired, the ceiling was damaged as a result. The affected plaster ceiling section (approximately 2m x 1.5m) requires removal and replacement. 2. There is also a small hole (approximately 8cm x 7cm) in the living area wall that requires repair. Painting is not required for either area.

The roof has patches that need plastering and painting in white, and there’s also a big crack that needs to be fixed. Apart from the ones in the pictures, there are three round patches, left after removing fans from roof, that I don’t have pictures of but they need to be patched and painted.

Two small pieces were cut one for repair inside. The pieces of plaster is there and I need some one who can put back up close the two plaster work with quick fix
