We've got a couple of cornices in the ceiling that have become a bit unstuck. Looking for a experienced plasterer to repair

We recently removed a vinyl sticker left on a wall by a previous owner, which has taken paint and plaster off the wall in the removal process. We need someone to attend to sand the wall down, fix the damage with replacement filler and repaint the wall. The wall is 2m x 2.5m and we will provide the paint.

Scope of Works * Ceiling plaster repair * Supply and install plaster patch to ceiling area approximately 600 mm by 600 mm * Apply base coat plaster * Install plaster tape to all joints * Apply top coat plaster * Sand and level surface to achieve a smooth finish ready for painting * Surface preparation and painting * Prepare repaired ceiling area for painting * Colour match existing ceiling paint * Apply paint the repaired section with closet match color. Note: This will probably require several visits to complete this task The successful person will be able to - communicate with the leasing manager to attend to this job - be able to provide pictures of proof of work - be able to color match as close as possible to the existing colors

1st area: Kitchen roof needs to be replaced for section where it has been water damaged it is approx 2.8mtr x 1.8mtrs for that section of the roof. We would move the fridge and provide access. 2nd area: New plasterboard wall needed was previously removed and we have a bookshelf in the area Width 1.2mtrs and Height 2.2mtrs Please quote for both areas final Price including material

Hi the curtain was pulled out of the roof I need the the holes patched and anchors reinstalled. Includes painting. It will be fixing 8 of these anchors I have the materials

Repair and paint water damaged ceiling

I had two holes in my wall from GPOs that had been relocated. I need the patched professionally as they are visible. Ignore the hole with the cables. The electrician is finishing that GPO relocation. It’s the holes left by the original PowerPoints that need repairing.

The dogs have scratched at the drywall where the doors to outside are. The front door will get away with just a spakfilla and a coat of paint although the wall next to sliding door has deep gouges and will take a bit more to repair, may still be able to sand it back and replaster it before painting it. Please include for painting too please.
