We’re moving out and need the place reinstated to its original form. We’ve had pictures on the wall and some wallpaper. So walls need to have small holes filled. Some sanding and painting for colour match. Paint will be provided. Patch materials need to be supplied. 1 x 2mx 3m wall, and then other walls around the house, small spot repairs and painting. Painting of two lounge rooms, dining room, kitchen, hallway and two bathroom ceilings. Most skirting boards will already be removed. Some sanding will be required for some ceilings. One lounge room has a 5 metre tall wall with a skillion roof. One wall will be new gyprock after windows have been replaced. May need to be done in two parts if can't align with Gyprocker. Would love to be carried out by Christmas if possible
