I have some paint work that needs redoing on my balcony. I am on the 8th floor of an apartment building so if you are scared of heights then this job may not be for you. It is not dangerous though if you have a ladder. It will need sanding down, and then maybe some body filler if needed and then some white ceiling paint. I am thinking 2-3 coats so it looks good. The paint will need to match the existing paint. It is not a big job but I need to have it done first thing on Thursday September 3. The whole ceiling does not need painting - just the repaired sections. Will need to match though. I have taken a shot from either end of hte porch so you can see the area needed repairs above the pillar.

175sqm offices requires the walls repainted in rivervale

I am currently moving out of my apartment due to end of lease. There are a few walls which require a bit of plastering due to the nails which i used for the shelves and canvas hanging. The nails need to be removed properly and plastered. The walls also require a coat of existing matching paint to be applied over them.
