After a search for a leak we found nothing except some left behind painters tape. The two manholes to search for signs of water damage have since been covered up and replastered. I now need to find a painter to sand the plaster down and repaint. I have a pot of paint but would like to know if I can get away with repainting just the area affected or if I need the whole ceiling redone. Ideally the job is completed asap but im flexible. Deck was only stained less than a year ago as it was a new deck. Would like it restained with a darker walnut stain. Deck is Merbau. Also the seating too. I'll supply stain. Not tools though

Need my brother’s old room painted white as he has moved out, it’s currently blue (I think) I’ll attach photos. The room is relatively small however exact sizing I am unsure of. Please see photos attached need the whole room painted except the roof. Inside the closet also as it is light purple but it’s a small closet. I need help with touch ups around the house: filling small holes in the walls, paint touch ups, removing two 3M strips that are stuck.

Tea room is about 4x5 metres. The floor is painted over concrete. The paint is flaking and coming off. Looking for a cost effective way to fix the flooring so that it looks nice and durable. It needs to weather some wet as it will be a tea room and should be easy to clean. Open to repainting or other options. Not looking to spend big money on this.
