Require the exterior weatherboard on the 1st floor of the house to be painted as well as replace some rotten sections of board. There are also 10 window frames (various sizes) to be painted (same colour as weatherboard). I'll supply the paint, so please exclude that from your offer. Roof has leaked in the past. Had the roof repointed. Roofer said that there is mould visible in the ceiling. 10cm in diameter. Seeking quotes to remove the mould or cut out a patch plaster and repatch with new plaster.
