We need a painter with own equipment ( including drop sheets ) to paint 3 - 4 walls that have been patched up from holes from hanging artworks. It is an office space that we are moving out of and need the walls to be made good. It is just white paint and happy for you to supply paint also.

Need the wooden floor of the kitchen in our rental flat sanded and re-coated with 2 coats of hard wearing polyurethane paint before the new tenants move in. Keys will be from our local agent.

The wood around the window in the bathroom has deteriorated significantly and needs some TLC! Looking for someone to sand back and repaint, also may need to re grout some areas. I don’t have the colour to match it, so looking for someone who can bring their own quality, waterproof paint. Any kind of white colour would be fine - we aren’t too worried about the colour as long as it’s white-ish! You may need to bring a step ladder to reach the top of the window. - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to sand/smooth a bed frame for me so I can paint it. It might involve some detailed hand sanding and perhaps some by machine but assuming this would depend on the carpenters tools. Might all be possible with an electric sander.
