The wood around the window in the bathroom has deteriorated significantly and needs some TLC! Looking for someone to sand back and repaint, also may need to re grout some areas. I don’t have the colour to match it, so looking for someone who can bring their own quality, waterproof paint. Any kind of white colour would be fine - we aren’t too worried about the colour as long as it’s white-ish! You may need to bring a step ladder to reach the top of the window. - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to sand/smooth a bed frame for me so I can paint it. It might involve some detailed hand sanding and perhaps some by machine but assuming this would depend on the carpenters tools. Might all be possible with an electric sander. No place to sand onsite so would need bed frame collected from Kirribilli, Sydney and delivered back. Or we could arrange drop off and pickup. - Due date: Happy to work with you on a timeframe.
