I have 4 internal doors that have been punched in then repaired badley by my tenant. I need those repairs removed or fixed up and the doors painted. I can supply the paint and primer.

There are 5 small round holes and 8 small ractangle in my ceiling and 2 rooms ceiling paint has moisture damage. Need to get it fix (sanding off) to be paint ready stage. Photo attached. If anyone can do that please advise.
