Looking for someone to finish plastering a small detached office. Currently all wall sheets have been installed with base coat applied on 3/4. Roof sheets have not been installed. Job requires: - install roof sheets (sheets will be supplied with fixings and adhesive) - apply base coat to roof and remaining 1/4 of walls - apply skim coat to wall and roof - sand ready for painting Roof is about 2.2m x 3.8m I can assist in installing roof sheets if required. Room will be empty of furniture when plastering.

Have 2 small holes in the wall from rubbish containers; need them fixed. With a final touch of paint over it!!

(NOTE: Job to commence after 13th May and be completed before 23rd of May). I need to have 2 exterior house doors that need to be removed and disposed of, and replaced with 2 new doors. I would prefer the doors to be solid core, but they can be very simple and flat. Painted to match would be a bonus, but not necesary. unfortunately I dont have measurements.

Interior is generally in pretty good condition and walls and ceiling are already white. Prefer to have it spray painted rather than brush and roller. Patch a section of wall 11.5cmx272cm approx and ceiling 11.5cmx270cm approx with gyprock. You'll need to provide the gyprock and cut to fit then do a basic sand and patch, however painting is not necessary. - Due date: Before Sunday, 17 September 2023
