Patch a section of wall 11.5cmx272cm approx and ceiling 11.5cmx270cm approx with gyprock. You'll need to provide the gyprock and cut to fit then do a basic sand and patch, however painting is not necessary. - Due date: Before Sunday, 17 September 2023

Have 2 small holes in the wall from rubbish containers; need them fixed. With a final touch of paint over it!!

(NOTE: Job to commence after 13th May and be completed before 23rd of May). Exterior front wall, roller door, entrance door and security bars cleaned, old paint scrapped and sanded away where required and then painted. Main wall in grey, window frames, bars and entrance door in black. Existing signage to be removed before painting. Scissor lift will be provided. Paint will be provided. Contractor to provide all their own cleaning and painting equipment. Bins on site for any rubbish. Decision on person / company chosen will be close 2nd May.
