I have a 2 year old timber deck around the spa needing to refurbish (sand and re-stain) to look new. As pictured the area is about 2.5m x 2.5m (including spa) with steps and side area (may need to remove glass to get underneath.) Seeking only experienced deck person to compete the task. Offer to include service and materials (stain)

Hi Mario, you answered my request some months ago but I have not been well. The deck is approx.6x4 mtr and 2 boxes 1.85 long and 4.30 wide it may be 32 m2 not sure on that. Full sand and nail fixing and finish coats not sure what finish.

Hi l need pressure washing of driveway 80 metres long and 3 metres wide plus decking that surrounds entire house .

I have a worn out, out door decking that needs sanding and painting. Hasn't been done in 5 years. It is approximately 11 metres x 3.4 metres. Has a long step and 3 sides. Has some lights in the decking - which can be lifted to sand around. Has a spa and a fence at the end of the deck (timber around spa/fence). Some of the pieces of merbau have stain on them still, some are currently to the timber. Need someone to sand the floor - probably needs a coarse grit and then medium - fine. With a proper sander- it shouldn't take to long - Parts of the timber around spa have been removed for easier sanding / painting. Am happy to do the staining myself after sanding - if it helps.

About 40 square metres. Backyard of the house as per photos. Access via garage depending on the condition of the deck , this might need 2 coats Need to 1. existing deck to be sanded , pressure washed 2, Pressure clean the deck and the awning (roof top), 3. apply 2X coats of decking oil
