Cleaning mould on the exterior of a 4 bedroom, brick house with small front undercover patio & undercover outdoor entertaining area approximately the surface area of 1 & a 1/2 single garages. Surfaces to clean: bricks, awnings, doors; garage, glass & wooden, windows & the top & underneath of the roof of the outdoor undercover entertaining area. 2. A 2nd quote/estimate of the cost to clean the following 3 areas. In addition to that I'd also like the figure it would be if the 3 areas are completed in 1 job: -A 2 car, cement driveway on a flat block (possibly using either a high pressure hose or gurnie?). The surface area is approx the size of 4 cars. -Pavers of a patio which have an approx surface area of 1 & 1/2 single garages. -Cemented walkway down 1 side of the house, approx sq m size of a single garage. Slightly bigger than a single garage has been converted to a work from home office. All plaster work is complete. No electrics are installed yet. No floor installed yet, so no need to worry about paint splashes - which makes life much easier. The size is approximately 21 square meters. I can assist with the cutting in if required. No trim work required, all wood has been painted already and the builder will install. The walls and ceilings need to be painted. All paint will be supplied - using good quality Dulux paint. We need to reposition (straighten) one end of an existing timber/plaster bedroom wall, length 1.5m. Painting not included. The job will also require carefully cutting out and removing a 1.5m length of floor tiles adjacent to the bedroom wall being repositioned.
