Would like to do a painting internal walls of 4x2 single storey building at Baldivis

Need this room sanded back and painted. Previous owners done a terrible job and looks like ripped out wall paper and painted over it. Will supply paint for job.

After our outdoor patio ceiling painted. There’s some water damage so will need a good sand back, and a stain blocker primer so the water stain marks don’t bleed through. Area is approx 3.5m by 4.5m. Colour is white. Have put $250 on the job, but happy for higher offers.

Two spots on one interior wall need to be covered, paint was peeled off by posters stuck to wall. The damaged areas in question are both approximately 10cm by 10cm. I don’t have the paint or know what paint it was because I was only renting the room.
